On April 17, SCAN welcomed 14 newly-trained CASA volunteers to the Alexandria/Arlington CASA program. Judges Constance Frogale and Uley Damiani from Alexandria as well as Judge George Varoutsos from Arlington attended to swear-in the advocates.
